The meeting of minds, the meeting of consciousnesses can produce many writings. These few utterances can reveal a lot about the process. The big things are few. The smaller things are many. The big things are repeated as a reminder and guide to those who will listen. Those who listen are the few. The few who help the many. This is important, this is big and I thank you for listening.

The expressing of gratitude is helpful when beginning to write. It helps to smooth the way for information to be delivered at your level. Each time you sit to write and express gratitude, it becomes easier to communicate. Yes, this has been said before. To acknowledge the process will help others who want to start to write, who want to continue to write and who want to know and understand the process more fully.

Be more aware of where you are and what you are doing. Ask, how can I create a good day? How can I bring grace to this day? Ponder, think about, do it, be it, be yourself, be your choice, be graceful, be kind, be loving, be present in the moment you are pondering, being, doing and sailing through your day.

Bringing the grace of your being more into the physical experience and you will see that others notice. Others will hear of your grace and want to know how you do that. How can they do that also. What was it like to do that? How does life work? People want to know how to live. Focus on your inner guidance and then manifest to grace in the physical experience.

Focus on the quality of your self. The distance you travel each day can be measured, tallied and logged. Others can feel the quality of your choices. The level you operate on can be detected, felt and known by others. Each step you take, each movement sends out the wake of your journey. Your light moves and creates a wave effect. Your movements are like a ballet. The pose is not the goal. The fluid movement is the goal and the grace and the beauty that you share. Being in the physical is one of many levels you move in.

How can I create a good day? This is the question to ask when you want to know how to create a good day. Choosing to create a good day can effect your direction. Each time you choose good, you choose wisely. The roar of others can be distracting. Listen to your inner wisdom and sail through this experience of physical life. Set your direction for the day and maintain a good course. Your direction is important.

Some kids say that parents do not understand. Kids are beginning to struggle to be heard. Late in life they are still trying to be heard. They speak, they write, they play music, they create art work and dance. Who is the listener, who is the seer, who is the reader, who can feel the art work and who can acknowledge and feel the beauty of life? The writer can listen and read. The musician can hear and play music. The artist can create and appreciate the texture and color of life. Who will see, who will listen, who will feel, who will know, who will live? Each person can choose to see, to listen, to feel, to know and to live.

Each time you write you become the one who can write. Your abilities are seen and you wonder, can it be, can I write, what can I write? Focus on listening and taping and the stories will be available. Help is available from spirit. These early glimpses of writing will reveal the process and encourage others to write, to listen and to record their experiences. What was it like to start? These details can help. By being calm clear and quiet, you can be receptive and the information will then flow and the experiences can be shared later.
