These few words are offered as a focus. Ask, are you being good, are you being kind, are you being the highest and the best? When helping others, focus on what they need. Then after helping someone else, ask what do you need? You may need a clearing or a short break. You may need to stand or walk. You may need to drink water. You may need rest. This will create more of a balance, when you include your needs through out the day. Helping others, then helping yourself. This will help keep you focused on the present moment and stay in the now. Yes, even while writing, you may need to pause for a minute before continuing to write. Allow the blood to circulate in your fingers and thumb.

Todays’ information will be quite different. This is the reason you started to write in the first place. We are here, we are all here to help. Todays’ lesson is on ethics. Be good. Be your best and do your best. Always reach for the highest and the best. It is important that the level of energy you radiate be the highest possible in each experience. It is very important to maintain your abilities and your grace. These are not lightly given. These are given with great purpose. Heed them and you will do well.

Notice your breathing patterns and how others are doing. This will help you anticipate what is going to happen. You can be aware of what is going to happen before it happens. When you are calm, you can hear information from other levels. Information can help you understand situations. Yes, wisdom is available for the asking. Help is available for the asking. You can act on what you are aware of. If you are not aware of what is happening, you will be surprised. By being calm and breathing calmly, then you can listen on more than one level.

I am beginning to write and these are days to listen and share. Each time you write it will become easier and easier to do. These are the beginning and others will want to know how it was in the beginning. Today is a special day, the pressure is off. There has been a lot of pressure on people. You have noticed how people are breathing. Waiting in line anticipating action when action is delayed. People feel pressured when they are ready to act and discover they are ahead of action. They discover they need to wait to act. They discover they need to pause. They discover they need to breath while pausing and waiting. This quickening impulse of peoples ability is causing pressure on people who are ready to act. Your ability to be calm can help you to adjust in situations when the pressure is on in a situation requiring pausing and waiting.

You continue to have experiences. You continue to live. Your life continues and your experiences continue. You continue after the physical death of your physical body. You continue to pool your awareness, collect information, continue your story. Listen to your story and talk you story. Ponder your story and your story will ponder you. These are some of the steps to be taken when traveling on your path, on your words. You travel your path like spreading flower pedals in front of you, your words are spread in front of you. You travel your path of words while others listen to your words. Do they understand you? Do they understand your flower pedals? Do they understand? You are.

Knowing there is more to the story than meets the page in the form of words. The texture of experiences is fuller than the concepts of each work. Ponder the story and the story will ponder you. You are living a story. Your story is your life experiences. Your experiences are pondering you. How will you act? What will you do next? You are writing your story. You are experiencing your pondering. You pool your awareness in each experience. Your experience is your X file. When you go there, pool your awareness, you collect information, write your experience and then you do it again. Then again you do it.

This is the beginning of a story to take place as we record it. This happening now. There were these two guys talking. One was talking and the other one was listening. The one talking was expressing an experience. Trying to communicate. The one listening wanted to understand and hearing something different than, the one talking was trying to communicate. The experience was more involved than the description of talking could describe. Think larger than words. The meanings are larger than words. View the written descriptions as a trail upon which the story travels. To understand the story you must travel the trail. Hear the words as signs along the way.
