Some kids say that parents do not understand. Kids are beginning to struggle to be heard. Late in life they are still trying to be heard. They speak, they write, they play music, they create art work and dance. Who is the listener, who is the seer, who is the reader, who can feel the art work and who can acknowledge and feel the beauty of life? The writer can listen and read. The musician can hear and play music. The artist can create and appreciate the texture and color of life. Who will see, who will listen, who will feel, who will know, who will live? Each person can choose to see, to listen, to feel, to know and to live.
